Cancellation and Refund Policy

NEARBY BAKES: CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellation Window: As all orders are custom-made based on customer requirements and are perishable in nature, Orders may only be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date and time.
2. Cancellation Fee: A 50% cancellation fee will apply to all approved cancellations.
3. Cancellation Request Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted via email with the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST", clearly mentioning the Order ID and the reason for cancellation.
4. Refund Method: In case of an approved cancellation, any eligible refund will be processed to the same payment method (card, account, or payment medium) used while placing the order.
5. Refund Timeline: All applicable refunds are processed within 2–3 working days from the date of cancellation.
6. Discretionary Rights: Nearby Bakes reserves the sole discretion to modify, cancel, refund, or offer an alternative resolution in exceptional cases.
